Economist Conferences The Global Energy Conversation: Part II ~ Solutions to 2050

On November 18th at 14.30 GMT, a group of leading energy experts will meet simultaneously in London, Washington DC and São Paulo in a virtual roundtable using the latest telepresence technology to discuss the future of energy. The panel will, amongst others, include Mr Wim Thomas, Chief Energy Advisor at Royal Dutch Shell and Professor José Goldemberg, former Secretary of Environment of Brazil.

You will be able to view the conference live through a video feed and help shape the debate by asking questions directly to the panel or entire online audience by an integrated social media feed. This is the follow-up on The Global Energy Conversation: Part I, held in June this year. What’s new for this time, is that you can participate along with your friends and fellow students as a team. This means that your organization can be involved in shaping the future debate of energy and be exposed to some of the most powerful leaders in the area.
